I needed a place for a week, their prices were good. The room was much nicer than expected! Clean, spacious, a/c cooling it . The little kitchenette was an added bonus! Everything to eat there- no dishes or kitchen supplies which was frustrating but purchased plastic at the local Shop Rite- about 2 miles away so even walkable. Smoking allowed. The owners were super friendly and helpful. Felt safe! Would recommend.
This place used to be a total dump. In the past few years, new owners took charge and gave it a total facelift. Now clean and fully renovated, with full on cable TV and futuristic heat/AC unit, this place has much MUCH more to look forward to. They get also offer hourly rates that you can enjoy without having to be in a "rathole" or "roach motel" so to speak. The parking lot is well lit and spacious and it's over all a quiet environment. Close to 495, rt 13 and not far from downtown Wilmington.
Friendly staff. The owner is very gracious and treated me with courtesy. I arrived early and there were no rooms available at the time but he promised to have one waiting for me when I returned from going to dinner and sure enough, when I returned he had my room waiting and cleaned to perfection. When I return to the Wilmington area I will make this my place to stay over.
Very friendly staff, clean and quiet place for the price. Peaceful neighbors, rooms look like hotels for a reasonable price. Full room service once a week for weekly stays. Rooms smell and feel nice, very homey feel. Love this place!
Quite,comfortable and very clean place. The owner is very helpful and friendly. He cleans the rooms himself, which I believe, ensures they are cleaned correctly. It is very well maintained as well. There are cameras everywhere and the parking lot is well lit if you were to be concerned about safety.
Amazing! The best Motel in the Tri-state! Very easy to talk to the manager and get whatever you need! Love this place seriously ! Flat screen, clean beds, no burn holes, carpeted. Just wonderful !
